Now both the locker door and floor panel had all the welds ground smooth then sanded with smooth (final sanding 220 paper). Next primed with self etching primer then the body filler another coat of self etching primer then filler primer and finally 3 coats of color. After installing locker door and the floor panel complete with screwing panels in place I caulked all the way around the (tank cover) floor panel and the perimeter of the floor with marine grade caulking.
