Ditto. Came here for the sole purpose of finding out what threads were on the drain hose fitting. Now to order a pump...

Is a pump necessary if I have the water strainer/flush kit? I'm not in a hurry, figured I could run the boat in my driveway and get it up to operating temp, then let oil drain. Knowing it'll take an hour or so.
Any other reason for a pump?--

Is there a valve to open under the engine for oil to come out of that line?? I tried but nothing was coming out of the line. I looked everywhere for a valve to open but no luck. I have a 2010 LSV
Thx

Hey Tyler(?)
I want to thank you for your suggestion. I winterized my Craz yesterday and using your idea I sucked out 8 qts of oil, very quickly. Previously using the dipstick I was only able to get 6 qts out. It bums me out that for 7 yrs I have only been putting on 6 qts of fresh oil, mixed with the remaining 2 qts of dirty oil! I couldn’t find you post last night and made my own post. Thanks again!

That is my setup.
Only difference is I have a clear tube going from the hose to the pump.
