I opened the pdf and see what you mean now. Still don't like that design. Constantly flexing plastic will eventually fail. Not to mention it probably allows the wake plate to hange angle slightly...
Wow. That's really not a very good design.

Glad it is working without too much trouble. Now put it in the water and have some fun!

Exactly. It has to either pivot or slide or it just won't work. The angle of the actuator has to be able to change as it moves. That's why the comment of it being fixed at the transom attach point...
I like that paint scheme on that Mondo.

OR. Is there a sliding mechanism or slot that is on the end where it mounts to the wake plate?

To be honest, I am trying to wrap my head around how it's working without the actuator being able to pivot at both ends if the plate is on a continuous hinge with a single point of rotation. That...
Awesome!!

So are you saying only one end of the actuator has a pivot on it?

Yeah man, but everything on there causes drag, and gas just went up again! LOL! If it's being sold and he doesn't have to put it back on again, strip it down babby!![emoji28]

Sometimes they clear themselves after a bit of running
Or at least that was the case on my son's Dart. Had a check engine light code for one of the air dam louvers being out of track. Had never...

Don't forget to check fuses and tripped breakers

Cannot say for sure on this system because I have not checked it, but most alternators put out about 14 volts when running/charging.

This is what I did to my trans cover last year. It made a difference in that whine sound. I also did the large floor pan over the gas tank. I did not do the engine hatch, back engine wall, or the...

It's definitely a different setup.

Really? They needed to do something better. Got ant pics of it?

Funny. It looks like a hoverboard in that picture!

Our AO does pretty good. But it is under the seat out of the sun. It has decent insulation, but is no Yeti Softside.

I have some pics of what I did posted somewhere in a past thread.

I have a 36 can AO cooler too. Fits great under the passenger side long seat. Just the right height.

Wake boats are just doing their part to slow down crazy drivers! Placing temporary speed bumps around the lake! LOL!
