Rocker Switches & New Ballast Pump

Two things here.

First of all, where can I find (online) a complete set of Rocker Switches for the driver panel? I prefer black..

I want all of them like this:

But I need:
2 Ballast
1 Blower
1 Bilge
1 Lights

Also, besides the ballast I have in the middle of the boat...I have a sac under the rear seat and one also in the rear storage compartment. The one under the seat is run off the switch. The external is on a external pump. We are thinking about wiring this in with the one under the seat, on the same switch with a possible Y fitting - bad idea? Suggestions?

Oh yeah, I have an 02 Outback LS.
