The forward bolts on my tower loosen often. I just just figured it was do to the fact that I must raise and lower the tower frequently. Checking those bolts has become part of my pre-trip inspection.

My LSV did the same thing. The manual overide switch was in the correct position. So, I unscrewed the soleniod and found debris in it. Cleaned it out and it has worked great ever since.
