'98 Outback Transom repair/ restoration

Any updates?

Still waiting on the carb...Shop said they were having a tough time cleaning it in the ultrasonic baths and it would probably be Monday..

FINALLY got the carb back today. Man what a difference. Almost doesn't look like the same carb.

Also got some new bunk boards and got them cut, painted, and ready for carpet.

Got most of the interior back in as well. A few pieces have to go back to get the wrinkles taken out..

Give it a little bit of time in the sun those wrinkles will probably come out.

I don't think anything is going to look the same once you are done, looks awesome! Have really enjoyed the photo updates.

Thanks, I guess I'll give it some time.

Got the carb on yesterday, had to adjust idle down and got the mixture screws adjusted for best vacuum. She purs like a kitten...at least on the hose. Hopefully I'll be splashing her again tomorrow and might even be able to enjoy it some this weekend at the lake!
