After reading the post about the miners moss I decided to replace my carpet while my interior was being redone. I researched and found Proform. I bought the Soba Plus mat for pool and spa use and designed to be walked on barefoot outdoors. Its UV stable, Oil and Grease resistant. Also one of the few companies I found that has 4' width available so no seam required down the middle of the floor. I made template and cut to fit an 08 LSV but slightly over-sized for final trimming. Just as I set it in the boat my wife wanted the Beige color. Happy Wife= Happy Life so I am ordering the Beige. The drivers foot well will need a separate piece but have plenty left over for that.
Asking $175 Plus shipping. Paid over $300

Yup. Give it a couple of weeks. My wife would have gone with beige as well. She does like the hydroturf ok though.

any idea how much shipping would be? Would you have to roll it up and put it in a box?

Is it anti-microbial? The MC we rode at surffest had a similar mat in its floor. They bragged on the anti-microbial aspect.

Looks good, I'm certain the beige will look better though :)

I'm curious is your plan to glue this down? Or just lay it on the floor? If laying it on the floor does it have a slightly tacky side to hold it in place?

The ones I have seen in boats is removable so it can be cleaned.

My experience with this material in the boats is it is slightly squishy to walk on, drys quickly so I wouldn't expect bacteria to be a big issue as long as it breaths.

Just curious how you plan to use it.

I just have the removable carpet in the Mojo and while I do love it, its a real pain to try and pressure wash. It seems like the fibers just move back and forth and the dog hair never really comes out unless I brush and vacuum it really well.

Thanks

Pending Sale.
Yes it is kinda soft and squishy. Very easy to stand on. I wasn't going to glue down to the floor but was going to glue some tool box drawer liner to the bottom of the mat. I picked up three large rolls of drawer liner from harbor freight for $7 each. This would stop the mat from moving on the floor. Deckadance uses the same material on the bottom of their mats.

That's what Russ did. Used drawer liner or something. Works great and very comfy.
