I had something similar happen to me last year. I was pulling a skier and all of a sudden the boat started vibrating like crazy, but there was never the thud of hitting something. I shut it down immediately. Grabbed the snorkel gear to see if something wrapped around the prop, but it was clean. No vibration after we took off again. Pulled it out of the water and no dings on the prop. Must have just been a twig or something. Hopefully that is all it was for you also.

That fish is crazy! . Never seen that either.

It was 72 degrees for us. I tried to use my GoPro to look under the boat at the prop but water clarity wasn’t the best due to recent storms and high waters.

For the fish I remember a post on a jetboating forum where someone who wet slips cranked their boat and noticed it sounded strange. A massive catfish or maybe carp I can’t remember was sucked up in the jet intake tunnel and it was gross lol.

Went to the river today. 75' and it was awesome. We wakeboarded at the end. So much smoother than the lake.

I would have stayed on the river today too when I was testing for the boat vibration issue but had steady cross winds in the cove so I knew it would be white capping in the channel .I will say it was FAR less crowded on the river so we may just go there for a while until the big groups of people slow down on the big lakes. It's just nuts and I'm usually fine with some ramp comedy hour but it's not fun sitting in line for 10+ minutes while people struggle to get their big ass pontoons loaded. Why does nobody install guide poles on pontoon trailers?

The Marina/Boat Ramps at our lake have been full by noon the past 2 weekends. I have valet storage on the lake, and Im not even using it lol. I have my boat in the driveway, and am going to the river, because its so nuts at the lake. Its crazy right now. Its the only thing to do, since everything else has been closed.

I still think I have a lot of tweaking to do. I am going to order the wakemakers moomba max bow bag but have the legs shortened on it so I can retain some storage (will be about 500lbs vs 860lbs) and move some of the lead under the rear sacs.

But in the picture it was...

    Stock ballast (3,000 lbs)
    720's midship.
    250 lbs lead in front.
100 lbs (gym weight plates) under midship bag.
Another 100lbs of lead bags on top of each of the 3 shelfs midship.
Only the driver in the boat.

    Speed 11mph
    Surf plate 80
    Center tab 0

Couple shots from yesterday (unfiltered lol). My oldest sons had never wakeboarded before. I was really impressed.
