I wrapped mine on the SL with some insulation material, tape, and 3M spray from HD or Lowes. I used 2 layers. Foam would work better, but I did not want to mess with it and 2 layers of this wrap and the cooler barely fit back into the hole.
Also installed a drain with a plug. I will find some pics on my phone.Last edited by MJHSupra; 02-17-2021 at 10:43 AM.

Before. The drain has a plastic nut on the bottom and the fitting was 90’.
Not sure it gets any easier than 4 screws to pop the whole thing out.

After. Used spray glue and tape to hold the insulation in place. 2 wraps of the material - that was the entire roll. It was snug.
Could not find pics of the drain I used. I had a drain in the garage from a previous plumbing project. Now I can plug it up to hold some ice water in the bottom.
