Wake boat accident

Totally legal in WA and OR. I've gone 25mph plenty of times at night on the Columbia and Willamette rivers. That's what Nav lights are for, so you can see the other vessels.

I guess this would be dependent on the size of the body of water.

I am more in tune with inland lakes under 1000 acres.

I often have to motor well over 6 miles after we're done playing on the river in our spot. We often ride well past sunset (legal in wa an hour after sunset). It'd take forever at slow speeds.
