Interesting mishap yesterday. Bought this Ratchet in ‘20 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a replacement for a p5 Oogle. Excellent for beginners to keep their mind off where to put their feet etc. Attempted to get some pop off the wake and it just split in half! Only the bottom layer of fiberglass is holding it together. I text my dealer who was as surprised as me. Also sent an email to phase 5 to see what they say about it. Stay tuned I guess…
