Fuel Gage

On my new Moomba Outback I am skeptical about the fuel gage. It does not seem accurate. It says I am empty and only takes 15 gallons on a 28 galon tank. Has anyone had a problem with their gauge?

There's a really long discussion on this in this section of the BB (General Chat) on the 3rd page of entries entitled "Moomba: I really hate your fuel gauge". My fuel gauge likewise is worthless, showing empty but only taking on 25 gallons in a 40 gallon tank. The dealer has ordered a new sending unit so the next time I take my boat in for service it will be replaced. Maybe it will help.

Here's the boat - not the greatest photos, but the best I could do at the time.
