I finally went ahead and bought the family an 09 XLV. Although it's bought I dont take delivery until spring. I'm so pumped even though we are going into the winter months. I must say Aaron Williams at Chicago Sea Ray is awesome. The wife and I are totally stoked and excited for next season. OK now I need to go check the Moomba Modifications forum for ideas.

I bought a new 08 xlv a month ago. Already upgrading the ballast in a couple weeks. Also, bought 4 Bullet Hollow Point 770 tower speakers to replace the stock speakers, 3 JL Audio amps, and 3 Deka 92amp batteries. Titan swivel racks will be done in a couple months. Water temps are 71 here in my part of Texas so I still have some water time left.

Great Lawdog! I'm there with you our '09 LSV doesn't show till spring! Used info here and have a half dozen mods planned before the boat even hits the water.
