Blower Motor
Boat in TN and I'm in Indiana and need to buy a new blower motor. Can anybody tell me the size for a 2000 Outback L/S.
5L x 5W x 3 5/8H
or
5L x 6W x 4 1/2H
Thanks

you need the 3" and FYI it may be located in the engine compartment or in a vertical position in the transom area(on the LS model)....
Do you not have the old one for reference....or have you not removed it yet. You will know if it is at the transom if you have some pipe or vent tubing coming from the engine compartment to the back of the boat.
good luck

on another note....West Marine has these for about $18-19
see ya.
I see its for an LS.....just open the back storage area....remove the panel (against the transom) and there it is....Patrick S.

Thanks,
Ours is in the transom. I have replaced it once before but I forgot dimensions and she is not close by to look at.
