Gel Coat Warranty
I pulled my 2003 Outback LS out of my garage for the first time this spring to install a Monster Tower on the boat. As I'm checking out my pride and joy, to my horror, I noticed several small gel coat cracks coming from the Port Side swim platform bracket. I did not see these cracks when the boat was put in the garage last fall. I did a thorough inspection last fall, and believe me they were not there. I am taking the boat to the dealer for de-winterizing and a start of the season oil change this week so I'm trying to find out what the warranty states for gel coat cracks. I believe it says 1 year, can anyone verify that for me. Just would like to be prepared. Thanks. Oh ya, the boat has less than 50 hours on it.

You are correct on the 1 year for gel coat cracks. Make sure it is just gel coat cracks and not structrual as well. If the platform moves at all when you stand on it you may need some structural work, my Mobius did.
