    Default 06 LSV Top Speed?

I have a 06 LSV, I can get to about 36mph no problem, but past that feels like I am really pushing the boat...

about what RPM should I be at around 36 mph... and what should my top speed be?

i assume i have a standard prop (or standard wakeboard prop), but i did buy the boat second hand.

look on the backside of the prop and you will/should see some numbers stamped in it-this will be the size your prop is.

I have an '07 LSV with the 325 and wakeboard prop. At wot (around 4800 by memory) I get around 37-39 mph depending on how many peeps and gas are on board as well as how the boat is trimmed with the wakeplate.

    Default top speed

Moomba lsv 325hp , 13.5 x 16 acme , 40 maybe if I can keep the boat from porpoising too much. 13.7x 17.7 oj, better at low altitude with a light load about the same speed . rpm is 4800 maybe , again the boat porpoise's too much and with various wake plate positions and boat loading. Jim

    spyder,

I have the same boat with the same engine as you and today, I got it up to 42 mph at 5000 rpm, full tank of gas, one adult and one kid on board, wakeplate about halfway down to keep it from porpoising. This was verified with a portable GPS unit I had with me. I have the stock OJ prop (13.7x17.5).

i have an 08 lsv with the wakeboard prop. i had empty tanks and the wake plate about 7/8 down on a glassy morning & my perfect pass said 40.2 mph. i typically only hit 39 at best - i must have had ideal conditions.

Glad to hear it since I am thinking about upgrading to a wakeboard prop. Is your PP calibrated?
