wakeplate fluid?
My wakeplate does not seem to be lowering all the way. I have a 07 outback v. Is there a fluid tank somewhere I can't find? Would it be something else?

I have an outback dd ,and the fluid resevoir is in behind a kick panel in the rear ski storage. you actually have to remove a couple panels to get to it. I imagine someone will come on and tell you where it is but it should be there somewhere, unless you have the new electric model but not likely on the 07's.I found it trying to replace my fuel filter which is hidden bach there as well.

Facing the rear of the boat, it is located in the right front of engine compartment. Has a window to check level. Uses ATF fluid. You have to remove the top cover and the fill plug to add fluid. Check for leaks at the actuators. Bennet Trim Tabs will send you replacement o-rings and instructions if they are leaking.
