Tower diameter on 2005 XLV
I am sure that I have found this mentioned on this forum a couple of times, but after an hour of searching I cannot find it...
What is the tower diameter on the 2005 XLV? Going from memory, I think that it is 2-3/8", but I am too far from my boat to go out and confirm. I want to order new racks today to get them for the weekend. Could someone kindly confirm?
Also, is it round, or off-round? I am ordering Comptech racks (one for hydrofoil, one for wakeboards).
Thanks in advance.

I guess that I should say that these racks are the swivelling type and will have to be mounted on the rear support arms. These might be a bit smaller than the main tubing. I am not sure.

Almost a 100 percent that it is 2.25. I'll be around mine tommorow and can double check.

19cm circumference -> 2.381" diameter. The closest in inch fractions is 2-3/8 (2.375), so I'll go with that.

Yep. 2-3/8" clamps fit perfectly.
