damage on rear seat. from misbuilt
have any of you had the rear seat over the v drive get damaged because the factory put in to long of screwes to hold it together. if you push down on the seat in line with the screws ,you can feel the screw heads that will put holes in the seat/ is there warrenty on the factory screw up? my boat is a 05 so i don't know if they will help me with this problem.

My boat had this and the dealer simply replaced the screws with smaller ones...

my '04 lsv had the same problem took it back to the dealer they replaced the screws and replaced the vinyl on the back seat covered under warranty.

i took all the screws out and cut them all off but i still have holes in the seat.

I think that this was covered under warranty. Even if so, it is probably no longer covered.
D'oh! I knew that it would be covered, but never got it fixed. At least I managed never to get the holes. I'll have to add this to the list of fixes to do when I have my boat home next week.
