I am in Pensacola, so I don't have specifics. Dog River seems to be a decent place. George's Marine is the "local" dealer, you might stop in and ask them.

Escambia river is wide and goes straight for miles. It bends in each direction so you can always find smooth water. Depending on the tide, it is brackish. The ramp is off of hwy 90 from Pcola toward Pace. About 3 miles north of the last I-10 exit in Pcola (Scenic).
Black Water River with a ramp in Milton, FL. Fresh water with a lot of turns. On the weekend, it can be a zoo. There is a "lake" off of the river which has a slalom course.
Lots of people ski in the bayous (Grande and Texar), but that is saltwater. Several public free ramps.1997 MasterCraft 205
