Default 06 Outback V Bilge pump removal?

Can anyone tell me how to get the bilge pump in my outback V out? I cannot for the life of me figure it out. My hose was stopped up and now the pump will not run. Thanks guys.

The light on the bilge switch will not go off, and when I push the switch to the on position the bilge pump makes no noise. Would the clogged hose have caused the pump to burn up?

It's possible. More likely the fuse has blown. Mine wasn't running and the auto light was on all the time till it finally blew the fuse. Remember it may have two separate fuses for the auto and the manual on. Need to get it out and unclog it and test it. I replaced mine over the weekend but it was ancient.
