    Default 1997 Moomb Outback

    For sale: 1997 Moomba Outback 20.5' Direct Drive

    A classic late-nineties boat ready for a summer out on the lake. This boat gets tons of compliments both on and off the water. It has also been upgraded with all the amenities of the newer and crazy-expensive wake boats. It has been babied - always wiped down, cleaned, waxed, and stored inside.

    To be honest, I don't really want to sell this boat, but I have my eye on a few other boats, so I'm testing the water.

    Here are the details:

    * 5.8L high output PCM motor
    * 520-ish hours
    * Perfect Pass Star Gazer GPS speed control
    * Upgraded ACME 3-blade prop
    * Roswell tower with dual racks (will hold 4 wake boards, skates, or surf boards), tower speakers, and Roswell mirror
    * Fiberglass swim platform
    * integrated automatic ballast system (2800 GPH fill via two pumps, 3 separate 800 GPH drain pumps)
    * Eclipse head unit w/ CD player and iPod hookup
    * 3 amps (4-channel Rockford Fosgate, 2-channel Rockford Fosgate, 4-channel Phoenix Gold)
    * Polk MOMO 6.5" speakers all around (4 in boat, 2 on tower in AudioFormz twisted cans)
    * JL 10" 10w3 in a sealed box under the drivers side dash
    * Dual battery setup with a Optima yellow top and Perko switch
    * Full storage cover and snap-on bow cover (can be used while traveling)

    This boat has been completely worry free. Starts right up, even after a long winter nap. It's ready to go for the summer - new impeller, belts, along with some other preventative maintenance.

    Put some weight in the boat and it throws a nice, smooth wake.

    The exterior is in great shape. There are a few very light scratches in the gel coat, but I could easily buff those out.

    The interior is also in great shape, but does have a few spots of wear and tear. There are a handful of very small tears, but all have been either patched or addressed so they won't get any bigger. None of the sports are large or worrisome enough to warrant putting new skins on.

    Price is $14,900. Like I said, I'm in no rush to sell this boat, but if it fits into somebodies budget, then I'm ready to sell.

    Located in Northern Denver. Let me know if you have any questions.

    And some more.

    The last picture shows the valves that control the flow of water to the front, and two rear sacs. This, along with the lower row of dual-pole switches allows for simultaneous filling and draining of any combination of sacs.
