If you take your spark arrestor off, and on the front side of the carb, the rectangular like tube that comes up, it has a flap at the top, (choke tube) there will be some numbers on it. More than like it will be 75021 - (something).
This part number will not be in the Holley catalogue, nor will any auto parts store be able to look it up.
If you get these numbers off of your carb, give Holley a call, and hopefully you will get the right person, as half the people there do not how to look up these carbs that dont have a list #.
If your carb does have a list number stamped on the choke horn, then you are in good shape. Just take that list number to an auto parts store and look in their Holley catalogue. Chances are, it doesnt have a Holley list number, all it will have is the 75021 or something similiar.
Your carb is a 600 CFM, 4150 Holley

If it is a Holley 75021-3 the Holley part number is 703-45. About the only place to get this is online, from someone like Jegs or similar supplier.
