Standard warranty? Transmission?

If I'm reading the manual correctly, it's a 3 year warranty on the engine, but how about the transmission? It states in the transmission manual:

24 months from date of commission or
36 months from date delivered to engine manufacturer, whichever comes first

So if I'm translating this correctly, the 2 years is from my purchase date. Which is June 16, 2007. Which would mean my transmission leak should be covered under warranty by 1 day once I get it to the dealer tomorrow. Is this correct for anyone that knows? If so, what a silver lining for a bad weekend.

Actually I think it's 4 years on the indmar engine and 1 on the boat with lifetime hull warranty.

Seems like your engine is under warranty, boat is not, and i'm not sure which the transmission falls under, most likely not the engine warranty. check with your dealer to be sure.

Lance, if i remember correctly that would be on the '08's and up. I think it was diff for the '07's, gotta look at mine.
