Does anyone know what the part number to the empty pump is? How much is it and where should I get one.....How had is it to replace?

Moomba uses rule 800GPH pumps for draining prior to 2009. Any 800GPH Aerator style pump with 3/4" NPT threads will do the job. Installation is around 15 minutes. Feel free to contact me if you need help sourcing one.

I'm currently having issues with my center empty pump. The replacement for it is a 700gph rule 203fc. However they don't seem to make that pump anymore, it has been replaced with the 403 which I don't know whether or not it is the same exact size.

I would probably not recommend using the 403 replacement for this application. It is designed for a livewell, in which case flow rate is not of huge concern. Finding a pump with a straight intake would be a better choice and will result in faster draining.

Yes I cannot find 203FC anywhere! So is the 403FC the updated version?

See my post above, I would go with Attwood's Tsunami T800 over the 403C.
