Newty, the font is Masque, ed has them on his album page.. He e-mailed them to me once i can see if i can find them for you tomorrow..

Do you mean numbers like the Hull numbers for your reg? AWS in Oregon City uses a shop that makes them for 25$ for both sides all on a strip pre spaced out and everything. I can get you the number if you like. Im sure they will mail them for you too.
