Here's the pics, not very informative as it's hard to get in there but you get the idea. Sub is facing the hull to the right. You'll see a bracket at the bottom right behind the heater hose. The top bracket twists to mate up to the dash structure.

Razz Looks like you took a pic of my boat!!!

I made mine exactly the same I have a 12" sub in there facing the hull . I had a tough time getting it to fit cause I also followed the angle of the front seat too but once it was in it was well worth it

yeah it's a pain but worth it as it really spreads the sound around through the boat. I'm just debatong whether to put the Polk DVC sub i have in there or not. The Kicker ZX700.5 really makes the Memphis sub in there pound as it is!
