Prop Replacement and Tuning

I ran into a fellow Moomba owner while on a ski trip to Winter Park/Mary Jane recently. While talking boating and skiing, he told me that I should be having my prop tuned every year. I've never dinged it so haven't thought of doing this. I'm curious what you guys do regularly.
