Default Gravity Game Bags for XLV

I just bought a XLV from the boat show and I would like to upgrade my ballast bags to the bigger/heavier GG bags. Does anyone know if you have to go thru the Moomba dealer or can you order them from the net? The dealer didn't seem like they have done it before and was clueless.

You have to go through a Fly High dealer to buy the bags. There is no reason why Rinker's can't get the bags, since they are a SKier's Choice dealer. I do know that Waterski Boats Dallas can get them, so I would assume Rinker's can too. I will let you know something, as I will need them for my boat too. Vongrats on the upgrade.

OK, heres the low down. I talked to Mike Seipel at Barefoot Internation, AKA Fly High. The bags can be ordered from him through the dealer, or you can order them yourself. They should be the same price, roughly $700. The big locker sack is 20x20x88, $300, and the side sacks are 20x20x42, and they are $200. So, the big sacks are about 600 lbs a piece, and the locker sack is about 1100 lbs. All this info comes from him, so if it is incorrect, I'm sorry.

    Default GG bags

I was wondering if you were going to keep your original bags and if not would you be interested in selling them? I have a 2000 Kamberra that I am thinking of placing some bags in the back. Either get back to me on the Bulletin Board or through the Email. Hope you enjoy your new XLV as much as we have our Kamberra.

I have an XLV, and HVOSSOS' boat will be here in early to mid march. I would like to get rid of my factory sacs also. Just FYI, they do have the fittings in them, threaded inserts, so you will have to get the fittings that screw into them. How much you think they are worth?

Thats a good question. The factory Mob V bags are prob pretty close to the factory XLV bags ... probably 1000 lbs. I've heard different things on the GG bags. I've heard 2600 lbs, and I've heard 2200 lbs, either way, big difference. I know those bags are huge, and fill up every bit of the XLV storage ... and the XLV storage is way bigger than anything else. So they would fit in the Mob V, just not be able to fill up to max capacity. If your interested though, we can try out my nags in your boat ... they should connect the same way.
