fat sacks
Hey everyone,
I have an 02 Mobius V that I have been extremely satisfied with except for the fat sacks, they are constantly coming undone and filling the boat with water. Then I have to take the time to refill and it is a real bummer. Other than that the boat has been super and I am looking forward to another summer in Idaho. Any suggestions about the sacks?

I had the same problem with the soft rubber end caps that are seemingly useless. I ended up permenantly gluing them closed with some shoe glue.
If the pumps break and I absolutely need to drain the bags I can still use the screw on fittings that the hoses attach to instead of the cap to drain the bags.2006 Outback V

I use teflon tape to get the pumps to seal and tighten better.
Don't know if this would help you out.Bruce Fuerstenberg
