    Default Perfect Pass question.....

Hey guys, I am a Wakeboarder and only have ever pulled Wakeboarders.. Last weekend I had the neighbors (who Slalom) request a pull and I offered my service...

So we head out and I throw the Perfect Pass on 32mph (Their Preference)... Then I remember hey it's on Wakeboard mode, perhaps the Slalom mode will be better off!

So I program in 32mph on Slalom mode, and accelerate off.. The boat gets to about 22mph and engages the PP, but accelerated the boat very slowly and never go up past 27mph no matter how much throttle I threw at it...

Whats the deal.... I ended up just tossing it on Wakeboard again at 32mph..

Slalom mode requires some fine tuning. You have to set the RPM's to match the speed via GPS, you also have to set the paddle wheel factor based on weight in the boat. Wakeboard mode doesn't require any of this as you are usually dealing with considerably slower speeds and weighted boats.
