    Default Wakeplate Gauge

This winter I am looking at purchasing the Bennett trim tab X-22 for my LS. It does not come with a gauge. I can purchase a new gauge that comes on Tiges for their TAPS system for almost nothing. I was wondering if this would work for my LS and the Bennett X-22 tabs.

    Thanks for your help,

What boat do you have? I was thinking about adding a plate as well, but I only have an Outback.

I have a 2007 Mobius LS. It didn't come with the hydraulic wakeplate. As a result I have a nasty bump at 22 off. So I am going to get it this winter. But if I buy the Bennett X-22 Trim tab from Overtons ( http://www.overtons.com/modperl/prod...=1008&str=x-22 )
    it doesn't come with a gauge. I don't need a gauge but I want a gauge.

I am pretty sure that you will still have the bump at 22' off, I have one with an Outback and WP.

You do want a gauge, it helps once you know where you want the plate for a specific speed, length off, or wake; you can set it the same each time. You can do this before the boat starts up. Without a gauge, you will 'experiment' each time you change it.
