Congrats Skiers Choice Dealers!

MARYVILLE, TN (August 16, 200 ~ Skier's Choice Inc, manufacturer of Supra and Moomba tournament towboats, just completed its annual Dealer Meeting. The Dealer Meeting was attended by over 300 dealers and vendors from all over the world. This was the largest meeting of its kind that Skier's Choice has ever hosted. This year's annual event was hosted in Henderson, NV at Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort.

The two-day dealer meeting was packed with product information presentations, marketing and sales programs that included the introduction of the dealer certification program that will further enhance the customer's dealer experience to include a higher level of professionalism and more consistent ownership experience; however, the center of attraction was the unveiling of the 2009 Supra and Moomba model lines. In particular, the all new Outback V and Supra Launch 21V.

The awards ceremony was another highlight of the meeting recognizing Skier's Choice finest. Awards were given to largest dealers, largest dealers by brand, largest international dealers, regional rookie of the year dealers, CSI award recipients and to the dealer of the year by brand, awarded for outstanding achievement in both sales and customer service.

In addition to these sales awards, Skier's Choice recognized dealers that excelled in customer service as measured by the National Marine Manufacturing Association annual CSI survey.

Dealers recognized achieved scores of over 95% in customer satisfaction, a combined measure of both the sales and the after-purchase service experience. Rick Tinker, Skier's Choice President, manufacturer of Supra and Moomba boats, offered high praise of CSI award recipients during the awards banquet. "Owner satisfaction is a direct result of our unique partnership. Our boats are no better than our dealers. And our dealers are no better than our boats. We need each other to perform at the highest level to insure that a customer-today becomes a customer-for-life. I noticed that a certain dealer got an award. Will not mention names or anything but that has to be for sales, not service! And to be honest I am really disappointed to see what I see here.
