Rubrail coming out
Has any one else having a problem or come up with a solution to the rubrail coming out? When we dock and sometimes even when we don't I find that 6 to 8 feet or more of the rubber insert portion of the rubrail has come out of the aluminum holder. We push it back in and later it's out again. Does silicone work to hold it in?

Had this happen to me a time or two....seems to come off on the right isde first and peel back towards the transom. I had a lot of weight in my boat at the time. Make sure the strip is firmly inserted properly and DOUBLE check it is properly aligned in the slot. If you still have the problem ....silicone...especially Liquid Nails brand will suffice to keep it in place. Hope this helps.
