Speedo Problem ?

Just got my 2007 Outback V back from having the dash shroud replaced and I noticed when I put power to the gauges my right speedo slowly kept creeping up tp the point were it did a complete 360. I have never seen this before. I am not sure if once I get it in the water and start moving if this will go away or not. The left one was fine.

Just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them before. I glanced at the wires below, nothing out of the ordinary. Any thoughts are welcome.

Problem solved. There was something wrong with the wires for the calibration knob. All I did was wiggle them and the phantom speed increase was gone.
