Leaking ballast hose? Help!
Had a great weekend with first true free surfs! When I was emptying gravity I ballast I noticed the carpet was becoming wet(slight puddle when done). I had noticed the same thing after the water test at the dealer last month, however I did not make the connection. I thought it was wet from spray over the side. Here's the problem. Closest dealership is 200 miles away over the mountains. I'm pretty sure it is just the water out line. Can this be easily accessed and fixed or is it a dealership only type repair? Also is there any real downside to waitng until end of the season to have it fixed? Boat is a 2008 LS.
Thanks in advance for any ideas,
Kurt

The connection on my Outback seems to leak a little too; nothing major though, I just figured it was part of the territory with the quick disconnects. Mine will have a small amount of water on the carpet after a fill/drain, not enough to pool or cause concern. Its on my '20 hour service' list.
