Fuel Burn Rate

Anyone keeping track of thier fuel burn rate (in gallons per hour?). I kept track my last two times out and I got 5.7 gph and 6.0 gph. These were for fairly short sessions (a bit less than 2 hours run time) and were a mix of tubing, wakeboarding, surfing, slalom skiing, and cruising (between the two trips). I run 1200 lbs of ballast when wakeboarding and about the same when surfing.

I'm curious what others are getting. This is on a 2006 LSV with the 325hp FI engine.

I got 4.5 gallons per hour a cpl of weeks ago with 1200 lbs of ballast and 10 ppl in the boat. I still have to fill it up from this past weekend and then I'll post that also. I have an 07 LSV, this past weekend I was running full factory with an additional 800 lbs and only 4 ppl only wakeboarding. I dump the ballast for everyone that goes out to learn also, no sense in wasting gas starting and stopping, and the wake can be intimidating for beginners
