where is the probe of depth sounder on moomba outback 2006

i would like to know where is the probe of my sounder because the display indicates three horizontal bars

Look under yer oil pan on the motor or close to the tranny. It'll be a little puck looking thing with a wire, unless it's loose and movin' around, but it'll still have a wire.
