Thanx Miller, It was not as bad as I had thought to build, I would do it a little diffrent on the second go around. I had not seen how the bow filler cushions went in intel after I had built mine. I would change it a little, Mine is all an inverted truss system( I have a couple big guys 300+) who walk across it no problem. The whole section slides out the rear to remove it. Its not to bad for weight just kinda awkard because of size.

Let me start this off by saying I have 4 kids. So we just got a four seater tube that I sweat to only use when the water is choppy. Good news is they all love to wake board! None the less I have the same issue/concern about the back ballast. The Tube is huge and I don't want it to sit on the bag. So... I put two straps across that the tube rests on. Pretty simple and clean, if I need more space I can just unbuckle and the straps are out of my way. Below are some photos.
