Best Price on Props
I am in the market for a 14.25x14 prop for my 2006 LSV. Can someone please tell me what the exact part # is that I need, and who has the best price on this prop. Another option I am considering is a 13.75x15.75 - same here - what is the part # and who's got the best price.
I will be spending a week later this summer in CO for a family reunion and will likely always have a boat load of people, full ballasts, and at 5300' elevation, I want to make sure I have enough prop.
Thanks,
AlAl

Dang AL !! I would be more concerned about fuel to get there !
But you can check with the guys at the prop shop in clackamas, Just past the Fred Meyer warehouse on the left. It is in a complex with a few other shops, They repaired mine and were very resonable. i don't know the size of the wakeboard prop upgrade, but that is what we have. it has a great hole shot, the top end is only about 36 mph. we were out wednesday night riding. we had all the sacks full and 4 adults 3 children in the boat while we rode. ripped right up with no issues. so i guess i would suggest the wakeboard upgrade size.
i will be going to lake powell and would have the same question for the lower elevation of 3600' there.
we have 14 hrs on, need to get back to the dealer for the 10hr service.
btw, when will you be in CO, will you be denver metro?

I have the 14 x 14.25 OJ factory upgrade. great hole shot... but, as some have discussed on here, there seems to be some vibration with them..
Call Acme and find out what fits best... then look for that prop...Brad

Al go to boarditup.com and talk with Karl, he has the best pricing because he direct ships from Acme. Part number is 1235 but double check with him, he knows his stuff.

Part number for the OJ is 466 and 1235 for the Acme. I have the 466 on my 05 LSV. Part number for the 13.7x15.5 is 444. Haven't heard any feedback on it. Got mine at Skidim.com.

Thanks all. Any noteworth differences between the Acme and the OJ version of the 14 x 14.25 prop?
Aqua,
I gave Karl a call and you are right - he definitely knows his props. He also gave me a discount code that took $95 off his website price. If anyone is interested, please give Karl a call.
Thanks,
