Whats under the back seat in a 00 mobius
i want to know if i can cut a hole under the seat to add a ballast bag. I have seen in the 01 mobius there is a bag there.

I can't say for the Mobius but under the seat of my '03 Outback LS is a hard tank for ballast. The seat is set so the only way to get water to it is with a pump.
