    Default cab13367's 2006 Mobius LSV w/ improvements

Finally got around to getting some pictures together of our boat. She's a 2006 Mobius LSV that we bought new late in 2006. Base gelcoat is sandrock, accent color is navy blue, spray pattern A.

    Factory options are:
Performance package: Indmar Assault 325 HP MPI engine, wakeplate, perfect pass wakeboard pro
    Gravity III ballast system
    Wakeboard racks
    Pop up cleats
AM/FM/CD/MP3 stereo with 6 cockpit speakers and driver's side remote
    Cockpit Cover, snap in
    Tonneau Cover, snap in
    Tower Bimini
    Depth finder
    Tandem axle trailer

    Now for the pics.

In the pic below, note that my CWB Ride wakesurf board fits in the factory rack.

Upgrades and improvements since purchase include:

    Supra steering wheel:

    Transom walk thru:

Polk Audio speakers and stainless steel cupholders:

    Relocated fire extinguisher:

    Re-arranged gauges:

Monster tower mirror arm with quick release:

Raised bimini height by installing longer front straps. Now I can walk under it without ducking.

    My ten year old son:

Looks great! love the colors. Kinda Eddie Bauer.. HA

Great pics of your son surfing

Tell me about the cover/transom walk-through over the ballast in the rear... I have wanted to find a tray to hang over for storage... Did you build those yourself? Great work..

    04outback,

Thanks. Yes, I did build it myself. Here is the thread:

Gotta' love those gray Oregon skies. I moved from Portland to Tampa exactly a year ago, and I love it.

Do you do most of your boating in the rivers?

Very nice boat. I like the tower arm and rear storage.

    Hey dt,

I moved here exactly a year ago from Denver, so the weather has definitely been a big adjustment. The pics of the boat in the water were taken at Hagg Lake but I do most of my boating on the Willamette river, from Newberg to Wilsonville.

Very nice, couple of questions...did you rearrange the gauges to move the make plate guage up high? Interesting I intalled the same depth guage after market. Is that a picture of someone fishing on your ski boat? Say it isn't so

Love the pic of your son surfing, very cool

    sled,

Yes, I wanted the wakeplate gauge up high since I look at it a lot. I also moved some of the other gauges so that the three gauges I look at the most (other than the speedometer) are all in the same area.

That is a picture of my then 3 year old daughter (now 4) "fishing" with her toy fishing rod, the kind with a plastic fish attached to the line. That's the only kind of fishing that goes on in my boat

Thought I would update this post with some recent upgrades that I've done.

    Tower Speakers

    The install thread is here:
    https://forum.moomba.com/showthread....peaker+install

    Pics below.

Aerial cans and Polk db651 speakers and transom remote:

    Close up:

Routed wires thru port side front tower leg:

This old school, 4 channel Sony amp drives all 8 speakers - 6 in the cabin and 2 on the tower.
