I do not know what to say. I installed a Bazooka bass Tube in my boat and the wife did not like it. We went out again and she had ask about the bass. I told her that I sold the speaker. Now she wants the bass back. I liked the Bazooka Tube but want a little moore. Any suggestions?
    Thanks Guys.

I got rid of my Bazooka tube because i wanted more bass.
IMO install a single BOSTON ACOUSTICS G3 Sub powered with a ZX Kicker amp. This will make your teeth chatter. Crisp & Clean! Also I can't say enough about the Polk Audio 6.5's for the interior or tower.

I know there are many options out there, but I have to say this definately works for me.

My wife isn't a huge fan of bass either, but when she's behind the wheel, she tends to crank it up.

    I hope this helps

    bulldgz,
Did they make a box for your sub? Where exactly did they place it? Can you send me pictures? I currently have all kicker speakers in the boat. That includes the Towers speaker. I did not like any of the Kenwood speakers. They are in my motorhome right now. I just need big Bass now.

I have an 03 MObius LS, in my boat I had them put it behind the foot kick panel on the drivers side. There is a little cubby hole between the front bow seat and the kick board. The box really doesn;t need to be to big. I'll try to get some photos. Right now the boats all covered in the garage but I'll try to sneak in and snap a few pics. I estimate the box from memory (Apprx 15"x15"x15" guessing")

I will say this, when i push the volume i can see my center ski pylon vibrate a bit... ..... If you need more than that I suggest the G5 and a stand alone amp.

I just posted my set up on one of my other posts. here is a link. I'm very happy with it. I keep in mind, there will be someone else out there with a bigger bone shattering system. but i like where i'm at...

Thank you for the info. I have the same space in front of the foot rest. I will take measurements to have a box made. By the way, did you make the box, or did a local stereo shop make it for you?

I had the guys at the stereo place make the box. They made a closed box that accomodated the G3.. I will try to get some measurements for you..

    I hope this info helps.

Do you have the Polk DB651 in your boat? I have the Kicker KM620. They sound good. I have heard that many Moomba owners realy like the Polk speakers. I also have the clarion amps. I think that I am going to chage everything that I have.
