Here's what I was planning to do w/ mine. I think they'll fit well under the bow seats.

I would think that after you fill them to your liking, you could make some type of wooden or strap system to hold them into place while in use.

This might be a better way to go if you dont want to have to worry about the sacs rolling around etc

i use a 400 lbs of pop products.

steel shot that is wraped in 10-40 lb bags.

works great, just wish i would have ordered more.

Im sure thats a good option as well as long as you remember that weight in that form will not equalize if you are going down....water sacs on the other hand will... I just feel safer using water as the weight!

    just my 2cents

    Cheers

smartz, i would be concerned if i had a bigger crew. usually just gf and my kids so i don't think the xtra 400 lbs is a issue.

    i also run 2200 in H20 ballast

Im sure its probably not a big deal. I think I read a couple of horror stories a while back here on the board when I was looking for ways to add weight and that kind of stuck with me!!

    Cheers!

That bow sac isnt hiding anything, that goes on top of your seats and eliminates that as a seating area does it not?

would insert it under the seats and fill from there that way yuou could put the seats back on top and not lose the space
