Engine Dimensions

Hi all,
I'm just ordering a new Bob Tail engine, which is a Indmar 5.7L 340hp.
The Shipping company needs to get the dimensions of the engine and roughly how much it ways..can anyone help.?? ( Excluding Drive Gear)

You shoudl PM Engine Nut. If anyone can tell you its him..

Did you have any luck finding out about the deisel engine??

Hi Jay,

I did some investigation and it is defiantly an possible option. The only problem is the cost of the engines. They are roughly three times the price of a normal Petrol engine.

I'm told the servicing costs are a lot higher as well. Plus I don't think the original drive gear would last long. A whole new unit would be the way forward.

Really need these dimensions and weight, Please can any one help..Evan a rough idea would be great.
