Acme #1235 prop for XLV?
Hey everyone! I've been using the Acme #537 prop here in Colorado and have been pleased with it but it can take a while to plane out with alot of weight. I see that alot of people are using the OJ #566 14.25 x 14 prop and have had alot of success with it's performance. I know Matt Brown uses it and told me that they used it in Reno, which is at altitude as well, and was impressed with its performance. However, I have some friends that use the Acme #1235 prop 14.5 x 14.25 with heavily weighted boats. Does anyone use this prop on their XLV? Will it fit? Looks like there is plenty of clearance for it. Where are the rpm's? Does any one have any experience with these two props? Any major performance difference?
Thanks for your help!

I live in Reno, and that is the prop I run on my XLV. Works well with weight.
