Mine lives in the garage. My truck stays outside. I drain the water out of the motor, drain the water out of the front ballast bag, pull the plug, put stabil in the gas and back it in the garage. If it is too warm outside and the boat needs to go out for a ride, I can repeat this process as many times as needed.

Winterize?
I'll winterize mine by leaving it tied to my dock to use on the weekends in Tampa. Hahahaha

I don't think I like DTlaine.
I winterize depending on time either myself or dealer, have them lift boat off of trailer and do complete bottom end wax. Then we detail the interior, and put cover on (I like to pull the boat out ready to roll come spring time). We have a unheated storage unit for the winter.

I winterize by putting my wetsuit in the boat and adding a bottle of Sta-Bil to the gas....since I only use it every 3 weeks over the winter... because of holidays.

Some times in February, you might see me behind the wheel making motorboat noises. Wisconsin winters are brutally long.[/quote]
try living in Canada, it'll snow here in October and not melt until April, if I can find a way to snow ski behind the boat that would make it easier!
i'll be getting it winterized at a dealership, then storing it with bow/cockpit covers on in the garage. it's not heated but it's insulated and drywalled so never gets below -5C. and yes i'll also be making motorboat noises by February!!
