Fuel filter
If the motor in question is carbureted, then yes. It is a inline filter mounted to the starboard stringer just aft and under the front motor mount. The # on the side of the filter is a Wix brand #. This # can be cross-referenced w/ other major brands. This filter should be changed every 100 hrs., or at the beginning of every season. If it is fuel injected(TBI, MPI), the only filter is a water/fuel separating filter under the hi press. fuel pump. It is located on the front stbd. side of the motor. This is a Sierra brand filter, and will cross-reference to a Mercruiser filter. This is to be changed at the above mentioned intervals. Brian Raymond
