Here is a pic of me from a year ago. I just came off of a serious shoulder repair so still a little timid on the water. 9 anchors put in place during a bankhart slap repair. Thanks to the back roll I dislocated my shoulder for the first time 3 years ago. 3 season and well over 50 dislocations later I finially got it fixed. If you don't want to throw your shoulder out while learning this move be sure to keep both hands on the handle as you land. I was taking my back hand off the handle and placing it low behind me almost in the water as I was learning this trick. During the learning process I was trying to force the rotation by basically hucking the move and over rotating. If you have the right pop off the wake just turn your head and the rotation will come naturally. I've got the back roll down perfect now. I can land tantrums 75% of the time and am now working on the scarecrow.

Bob, no, it's a lake in Ocala. I used to go to FSU and played lacrosse there... But still go to some football games!

Wow that does look painful but take heart I am going to show it to my 8 and 10 year olds. I bought them helmets to wear this summer and they are fighting it! Now I have some ammunition! They like to knee board at the same time and they come mighty close to smacking each other so I decided they needed some protection.
