Default how much weight do I need?

I have a '02 outback and want to put weight in it for boarding. I can fit a sac in the back locker that will hold 400lbs that I am going to order. Will this be enough to make a difference? I realy dont want to fill my floor space up with sac's. Any in sight on what other people are riding with in this boat would be helpful. Thanks!

If you are speaking of an '02 DD, that locker floor is only recommended for 150#. I do not put any weight in there. If it's a V-Drive forget what I just said.
    .
1100# will get you a decent wake on an Outback. I'm using the Straight line twins 440# each and a factory bag of 275#.
    .
I place one of the 440's right in front of the stock bag, then the other 440 in the walkway in the bow for about a 60-40 distribution.
    .
    Hope this helps

    06 Outback DD
1200# sofa in the back w/ 400# in the walkway.
    Makes a nice wake.
I only use the bags when its just the four of us.
Most often, we have enough phat crew to offset the need.

Thanks for the info on the locker floor. I dont want to go over the recomended weight for that floor as I do have a Direct Drive. You say that 1100lbs makes a good wake however the boat is only rated to 1155lbs. Are you including the weight of passangers in your 1100lbs?
